Payment and International Shipment
When ordering the goods, the price of postage is not displayed in the order, it is known only during processing the order according to the weight of the shipment. We always choose the price of postage according to the price list of Česká pošta and Zásilkovna so that the price of the shipment is as favorable as possible. The price of postage is always sent to the customer upon acceptance of the order - no later than the second working day after its receipt.
When purchasing the goods with shipment outside of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the pro-forma invoice is sent for the payment in advance. The goods together with the original invoice are then sent within three working days after receiving payment to the UO bank account.
The amount stated on the invoice is in CZK and must be paid by bank transfer. All information required for the payment and currency conversion is always listed in the footer of the pro-forma invoice. Unfortunately, no other method of payment is possible.
If you are a VAT payer registered in the European Commission database, please write us your VAT number when ordering the goods.
