Analyzuje majetkoprávní a vlastnické vztahy k pivovarským podnikům a jejich změny v návaznosti na široce pojatý proces modernizace.

This publication is focused on the changes of brewing industry. Using the example of the Ostrava region, the publication attempts to cover the process of a transition within the brewing industry and the beer trade from late-feudal economy to market capitalism economy. The aim of the publication is to show these changes as an part of modernization.
